Bobo-dioulasso: The provincial directorate of secondary education, vocational and technical training (DPESFPT) of Tuy handed over a contribution of 421,500 FCFA to the presidential initiative Faso Mªbo at an event in Bobo-Dioulasso. The ceremony took place at the Faso Mªbo site, located at the Maison de l’Artisan, with the provincial director, Seydou Traore, leading a delegation of about thirty individuals, including educational supervisors, departmental heads, and school heads.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Mr. Traore explained that the donation reflects the collective effort of the staff of the DPESFPT of Tuy and all the school heads in the province. He emphasized that the gesture aims to support the presidential initiative spearheaded by Captain Ibrahim Traore, which is focused on promoting a healthier and more sustainable environment.

“When you walk around the city, you see the change. Places that were once unsanitary have become clean. I think it’s a really great initiative that we should support,” said the provincial director.

Mr. Traore also extended an invitation to all Burkinabe citizens to participate in Faso Mªbo, with the goal of enhancing the living environment.

Beyond the financial contribution, the members of the delegation actively participated for over an hour in the paving stone making process alongside volunteers from Faso Mªbo.
