LIBYAN MUATAZ AL-MAHDI CROWNED TOP SCORER IN THE AFRICAN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

Libyan star Muataz El-Mehdi is the winner of the African Champions League in his current version 2018/2019, crowned by Esperance for the second time in a row.

Al-Mahdi came to the top of the league’s list of goalscorers despite the fact that Al-Nasir Libyan was eliminated from the 32nd round of the African Champions League against Guinea’s Horoya Conakry, but the Libyan striker scored seven goals in just four games.

Two goals in the first leg and two in the second leg, while scoring the other 3 goals in the goal of Horoya Conakry, to receive the striker Muataz al-Mahdi, the top scorer in the African Champions League, the first individual award in the African Football Confederation Championships and the first to crown a Libyan player with the title.
