Egypt, Cameroon Vow To Strengthen Military Cooperation

Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces, Mohamed Farid, and his Cameroonian counterpart, Rene Claude Meka, on Monday (yesterday), underlined the need to consolidate mutual military relations.

In a statement, Tamer al-Refai, spokesman of the Egyptian armed forces, said, the meeting, in Cairo, discussed a number of topics of common interest, including the exchange and transfer of experiences between the Egyptian and Cameroonian armed forces.

Meka, who heads a military delegation, is in Cairo for an official visit.
