Dr. Emmanuel Nji Tita: A Pillar of Professionalism and Civic Engagement in the African Diaspora

Tampa: Across the global African diaspora, few figures embody the intersection of professional achievement, heritage, and civic engagement quite like Dr. Emmanuel Nji Tita. A registered pharmacist, licensed real estate broker, and entrepreneur, he has built a reputation as a leader whose work spans healthcare, business, and public life in the diaspora.

According to Cameroon News Agency, Dr. Tita's journey began in Bamenda, where he was born and raised in Nkwen. His family is well-regarded in the community for its contributions to education and faith. Dr. Tita is the first grandson of the late Stephen Ngu Tita, an esteemed educator and author. He is also the first great-grandson of the late Pa Simon Ndeso, the first catechist at Bayelle Catholic Church. This lineage has instilled in him a strong sense of identity and duty.

Dr. Tita's academic path took him from the Cameroon College of Arts, Science and Technology in Bambili to the United States. He earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2015. His experiences abroad widened his understanding of leadership and economic opportunity.

Currently based in Florida, Dr. Tita is the President and CEO of TITA Healthcare Inc., operating Advanced Care Pharmacy in Tampa. He is also the Managing Director of TITA Pharma LLC and TITA Pharma 2 LLC, running TITA Pharmacy in Saint Petersburg and Tampa. His ventures aim to expand healthcare access and provide professional pharmaceutical services. Additionally, he owns TITA Real Estate Services LLC, known as TITA Realty, which operates across Florida.

Dr. Tita has dedicated over a decade to serving underserved communities in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties. Known as a trusted pharmacist, he provides guidance to patients managing complex medical conditions. His work in community pharmacy has reinforced his belief that leadership starts with service.

In civic life, Dr. Tita is actively engaged in political mobilization and diaspora leadership initiatives. He has participated in efforts supporting Congressman Byron Donalds' gubernatorial aspirations and encourages political participation within diaspora communities. His approach to civic engagement focuses on leadership development and responsibility.
