[Observer]Two of the best-selling African movies will be vying for the inaugural Best Foreign Film award at this year’s Pearl International Film festival (PIFF). News of Kenya’s Nairobi Half Life (NHL) and Cameroon’s Ninah’s Dowry participation at PIFF’s third edition slated for May in Kampala has taken local film buffs by storm, seeing as the two movies are currently considered the best on the continent.
