Manama, Attorney General, Dr. Ali bin Fadhel Al Buainin, met with Vice President of the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (EUROJUST), Bostjan Skrlec, on the sidelines of the regional conference to promote international judicial cooperation in the Middle East and North Africa, which is organised by the Public Prosecution.
They discussed ways of boosting judicial cooperation to combat crimes, including mainly money laundering and financing terrorism, given their dangerous effects on undermining countries’ stability as well as their economic capabilities and financial systems.
